Our team of world-renowned experts respond to outbreaks and manage ongoing control programs including immunizations, health services, infection protection and containment. We provide early detection, rapid response, scientific analyses, and post- evaluation that build measures to contain, and eventually eradicate, infectious disease pandemics including COVID-19, Ebola, Zika, Chikungunya, Dengue Fever, Yellow Fever, and natural disasters.

Our grant management specialists will reduce risk and improve the financial and technical coordination of grant development with state, territorial, and city health agencies. With a comprehensive matrix of capabilities and expertise, our staff is experienced in all categories across the spectrum of grant management. Our staff will work to develop technical guidance, compile statistical information, develop budget analyst reports, and prepare document packages for grantee-related files.

The Opioid Crisis CoAg has been on a continual rise, with over 70,000 reported deaths recorded in 2019. Of those reported, over 70% were attributed to opioids. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimate that the annual negative economic impact in social and economic welfare because of opioid misuse has reached over $78 billion a year.

Grant management is an ongoing part of the Opioid Crisis CoAg. After review by our Grants Management team, clear expectations and deadlines are delineated to team members. The grant is then compiled and reviewed by review teams to ensure the grant requirements are satisfied. Upon award, our team will also set-up reporting processes to ensure metrics specified in the grant application are implemented and tracked properly
